Mangos (Already Connected) problems

Ever since I moved to the 1.12.1 version I have been getting these messages every day or two:

At this point users are unable to login to the game world. It hangs at "connecting" or "retrieving characters".

Has anyone seen this before, and/or know what might be the cause of the problem?

i was just searching the forums for the already connected problem because im having it too. All i know so far is that for my server if someone gets kicked or if the server crashes while their connected then apparently mangos isnt able to update the database and say your offline. If you go into your database ( I usually use Mangos database handler or navicat ), open your accounts table in the realmd database if you use navicat, go to the last section and youll see something like "online status" if their not on set that to 0, if the server thinks their online then itll have a 1 and they wont be able to connect. In database handler just click on accounts and change online status to false.
if you dont have these programs then search the forums.
so does anyone know how to fix this problem? it gets quite annoying.

If possible, try a newer rev (2638 or so). I'm pretty sure this problem has been solved since then. I know for sure that rev 2550 and up supports if you shutdown the server you won't get this problem with anyone connected at the time.

I'm not able to reproduce this error on rev2638 so I'm inclined to believe it has been taken care of since.

I just made a new install last night with 2619 and silverDB. we were running 2494 so this sounds promising...
