Finally got my student loan :D

Fucked up on my first application, said i didnt want any money. Reapplied and just got it. :D Was starting to panic aswell, slowly running out of my savings from holiday. >< Now ive got about a grand in the bank :p Loans own lol

are you sure using a student load to buy toys...I mean electronics a good idea?
Also, you'll want to get plenty of controllers for your friends when they come over. who knows, maybe when I get mine I'll see you in a wi-fi game.

I live at home, i dont really need most of loan for student stuff so i figure ill use it for thing im going to want when i get a flat :p

Most my friends will be getting a wii so controllers shouldnt be a problem

Meh, I just got myself a new job, going to do a big software project for someone, thats bound to get me some cash :) Still, little for me to spend, all I can spare is put into a savings account for my last year (you only get a students loan here for the duration of your study, so if you fuck up a year like me and have to spend more time studying, you're basicly fucked and have to pay for it yourself)

so when you applied you said you didnt want money what would be the point of haveing a application if your not interested i mean i know you didnt put that on purpous but why is the selection even there

Actually if i lived away id be more screwed. Atm i dont spend money on accomodation, booze etc just buy gadgets. Im by far richer than some in my year and my sis who go right into there overdraft as well as spending all there loan.
