Mangos created portals vanish

I made a few portals from city to city to make it easier for getting around, but they keep disappearing. How can I make them stay?

I guess this can be applied for other game objects aswell

This also happens with mobs as well ... When you have spawned all you want REBOOT server and it sould be fine . Without an reboot things seems to disapear but as soon as u done an reboot all is back to stay ;)
