Why do you think they stopped Star Craft Ghost when it was arledy finished and they wont start diablo 3 if they stoped an otehr game this is because of them splitting.

I never liked the game, graphics are vital for me. And I found the game Diablo II so boring, so I didn't stick with it, hopefull if there is a Diablo III, that it will be a lot better.
diablo was great. The thing is what could they do to make it better? Thers loads of games out there which are the same sorta thing with much better graphics but imo none have them have come close to being like it or better.
I think if they do release a 3rd it will let a lot of people down.

Why hate people that only like good graphics? That's stupid. I can't stand 2D games anymore only if they're old RPGs. Some people love Fully 3D games because it provides more of a universal feeling. They feel at least when they're playing a fully 3D game, they feel they aren't in the real world for that time they're playing it. It's a better form of escapelism to some people.Quote:

I've read Blizzard is still looking for a experienced Graphic Designer, it might not even come out if they don't find one. They haven't even started the project yet. And even if they would start, it might not be released till around 2008-2010.

Wouldnt put hopes on it, reminds me of fallout 3 witch had to be released ages ago.But ofcorse here is a diffrent story, blizzard will live for long having moneybag like WOW, they made theyr reputation by creating superb games, it willl take some balls to try and make a third part of a diablo (the best hack and slash game to date) and most importantly make it as good as old one, thus not spoiling the companys reputation.
I can't wait till it comes out man... I think them graphics are gonna be kicken!
I hope it will not be 3D because some game companyes have the "tallent" to make from a coooooool 2D game into a crappy 3D one.(Example: Strongold 2 and many more).And if its on Blizzards list just think in how manyyears they made ONLY 3 Warcrafts.

Diablo 3 would have been released along time ago but if you do some research you will see the reason it never came out was Blizzard lost their top guys when they decided to walk out of BLizzard. I forget which site it was but there was all kinds of talk of this game even some who say they had played it(i guess they was testers). From what they said it would have been the BEST diablo ever made but unfortanetly was never finished or released. Im kind of eager to see if blizzard can finish something so big without screwing it up lol from seeing WoW i kinda have my doubts

Man I still remember my friend bringing home a copy of Diablo 1 for the psx when we was in school...lol he bought it off some kid that worked at target and would sell them at school~ we spent hours, days, weeks on that game then we got the PC version of 2 and played online.... Diablo, Diablo:Hellfire, Diablo2, Diablo2:LoD these were/are all time classic games I still have the ability of enjoying... I'm not a 'gfx fanboi' what attracted me to the Diablo games were the awesome features it had...like the "Randomly Generated dungeons" it was to contain...it had seperate arching story lines in the First game...and nothing is better then passing up that fallen guy outside the Cathedrial in the first game and having in writhe in agony the whole game through ^^
