... What are you running your server on?
If its MaNGOS you can log into the default account GameMaster with a pass of GameMaster or you can open the db using a program like Navicat open your realmd then account modify the gm level column with a 3 for admin 2 for gamemaster 1 for Moderator and 0 for Player.
