well getting dc'd every 30 minutes (for me at least) is retarded, having a free mmo that slows down the fps to a craw is sad (I can run Oblivion on high (not ultra high) settins with 50 frames) It's because of some stupid "fake AA effect" makes free games like these look better than they really are. Although after playing like 10 korean games seeing english-speaking people felt pretty relieving :)

Unless you have alot of money to buy the armor upgrades and have some friends to play with, then yes. Armor upgrades are needed because the only armor is like lvl 1,20,50. So its hard to play without the upgrades. And friends are needed because the game is a grind period, quests are not special its "kill these" or "kill these to get this" haha....
