sis comp kept fukin up so i gave her norton. lol her comp is deprived, she had to do homework on wordpad for 1 year :D

ctrl alt delete search for msblast.exe or mslaugh.exe close them up install the patch
once u do that do control atl delete again and go to exploere.exe and close it up

shutdown /a or(-a) in the run box
