Robe and Armor skin

i see here about change the 80e robe/armor skin but i doenst understand...
my Angel Robe and Dragon Armor doesnt have skin...

someone can learn me more clearly?

kpt admins never made the skin , you can set the wyvern armor skin for dragon armor skin :D
