I don't think is a problem with the AD.exe because I try also with the 1.12.1 map Package.

Hello i'm not an expert but following the guide, its good for me...so can you check your data directory in mangosd.conf and put : "."

Data directory is ok it finds the map its just not the correct version.

Maps where updated a couple of revisions ago. So you need to use the new Ad.exe and re-export all you maps and put them in your mangos directory overwriting the old ones.

Me to I have this problem. exactly the same.

I have downloaded the last ad.exe ont the last page of the mangos sticky thread and extraced the map from my game (updated to 1.12.1) and mangos continue to tell me my map are outdated...

Its maybe because the ad.exe isnt actually the newest one.

For people that run there servers from dedicated machines there is only two ways to get the maps. down that 200mb file. Or download the whole wow client.... then install it, then download 500mb+ update then install that and then extract maps.

So i really love the poeple that upload the maps :p

try with the 2614 rev , he has his own Ad.exe and it work fine.

I am getting the same error as Meici ever since I updated from 2494 yesterday. I have tried totally reinstalling everything several times to no avail. I really want to run the new version as a bug fix I am desperate for is in it anyone have any ideas?
