Question about Mangos

I have my server set up and when i go to run mangos it starts up my server and will run it for 20 seconds...then it crashes

i keeps gettin an error that says

2006-11-16 18:52:02 World Database: bobxserver.no-ip.info;8080;root;mangos;mangos
2006-11-16 18:52:23 ERROR:Could not connect to MySQL database at bobxserver.no-ip.info: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'bobxserver.no-ip.info' (10060)
2006-11-16 18:52:23 ERROR:Cannot connect to world database

if anyone could tell me wat that possibly means i would appreciate it..thanks
