phantasy star universal offline?

hello just want to ask if this game can play offline..?
if cannot tis suk coz i buy this game from shop with 2 dvd...
he told me tat i can play story mode....
went i anter the game some error n crash..... i dun see the error..

can some one tell me if i can play offline..

Wow that is really hard to understand but from what i read.. im guessing your comp cant play the game

and theyre is a storymode for both console and pc versions good story 2
