How can I add monsters npc...

I am using mangos 2659...BloodScavenger's repack....I have a few questions:
1.How can I get on that island of GM
2.how can I add anything like npc's or monsters
3.to update I willl have to update from 2659 to the present update?

you cang go to mangos-files.de and download last version then update you db - you can go to spl directory in that last update and batch upper update for example 2702 is upper than your DB you can patch this update

ok thx until now...I updated the server and I have now 2709
But I still have 2 questions:
