Hmm.. have you tryed doing the war quests to get the stances? Cause I know I forgot and thought it was a bug as well. Then I remebered you have to do guests to obtain those skills. Hope this helps.

I've always rememberd Battle Stance working from start of new warrior char:S
Is completing the battle quest the way your suppose to get it in retail? as i've never played retail and don't know how it works with battle stance.
And if you get battle stance like at the start, like in say wowemu packs, then is there anyway to change it back to that in mangos?
