sever maintanance problem

ok i have a problem, and i cant find a way round it so i thought id ask on here:

I used to have a linksys wrt54g which never caused any problems with webservers, or rose servers, but it was failing so i replaced it with a netgear DG834PN. I have everything set up on my network, not using a dhcp server but with set ips on all the computers. I have set up custom services for rose ports 29000,29100, and 29200 for inbound and outbound (with outbound going to this computers lan address), and playing rose on the main servers works fine. Now heres my problem(s); first off i have have had no luck with getting my webserver working again, i can only get the login box for the router, however my main problem is, if i run the rose server i cant login in, i get 'servers are under maintanance....'. The really odd thing is that one of my friends is logged in now to the rose server with no problems at all. The computer im trying to log in from is the same one the server is running on - i cant test it on another computer at the moment.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
