ooo... was thinking of getting the mod chip maybe, Can't wait to play from system but from the look of it not getting until new year since it is in the UK and not getting home until then.

Wont be long. The Wii is 85% the same hardware as the last revision of the GCN. Only major difference is the upgraded CPU, GPU and the DVD player. Rest is nearly the same. So mod chips for the GCN will work with little if not no modding at all.

Modding consoles isn't warez. Makeing it so your console can play import games that you still have to buy isn't wrong at all. Actually good in some ways as it bring in more money for the companies. Look at how Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo (handhelds) are region free. It allows the customers to buy things that are only in other contries adding to their profits. Shame to see that the Wii isn't region free though.Quote:
