Map Error Plz Help

OK Im not going to reply other thread so im going to put it here this doesnt have nothing to do with the map. It has something to do with some error with the SDB here is my log of the server and hope some1 will tell me whats wrong, b/c i cant even get in game mean i can get to creation char screen but when i hit create nothing happen there is no char so here is my log
