hi :D need help as usually lol

hi all!
after a lot of help from you (thanks :D) and hard work my server is up and working but there are two more problems:

1. when i try to use this code to insert another account to the nevicat it tells me unseccesfully:

INSERT INTO accounts
(acct, login, password, s, v, gm, sessionkey, email, joindate, regip, lastip, skin, language, status, validtill)
VALUES
(2, "admin", "something", "", "", 3, "", "", "0/0/0000", "", "", "", "", 0, "0");

how can i fix that? (i change admin and something at the code).

2. how can i make website for the server?

important: the server version is ludmila.

What's the error message you are getting?

You are probably missing a field.

The easy way to create an account is to use Mangos Database Handler.
