i know only for the kuest 100 itens have there informations R G B (red green blue) GO ON ONE photoshop and make you own R G B and change there for the number for example

255 0 0
the color will stay Red
Use your imagination
Under the item name and skin ID is the color selector with the letters R G B and numbers underneath them, edit those numbers into others and experiment around to get diffrent colors, or just follow the RGB system and find a color you want, find its Red, Green and Blue value and edit it.
If you dont have the color selector thing open up a level 100 quest item and copy it.
