It sure is, i never attack him, he always attacked me, then he took things to far, things he should of been banned for many times, so when i see this line i just had to add it, it's within the rules and there is only 1 way to get it removed.

Yup, but if you would look better you would see that he is starting everytime, i don't start things, i do finish them off.
If i see 3 days no flaming from him then it's gone, if he flames again it's back, to show my good faith i will remove it later tonight if he doesn't flame me.
