hmm i think you already asked such questions and I gave you an answer for them.
Before helping someone, I go through their previous posts to make sure if they deserve help. I did the same for you and all I found was SPAM and nothing else. And that my friend (I never mean this) is not something that can be tolerated.
Now that for the first time you ask some server related questions, let me give you clues.
Akaruz and Legendary have put in loads of effort into making those guides and trust me, anyone with a little interest and brains could get through them easily.
Now that you accepted that you got no brains, as the guy above me said, Grow One - or atleast a half.
1.20 is not compatible with ArA3. Go for 2.02 or 2.05 - But owing to your conditions, first try and get 1.20 working and if you are successfully able to do this, go ahead and give a shot to 2.02.

2] ArA3 Client.
3] Virtual Drive Creator.
4] Ultra Edit.
5] Borland Database...[Can i use the one given in 1.20?]
6] SQL & SP3.
7] 52.2 GB Empty Space.
This all is ok but...
U all r more important...
I still say i've no brains & without urs help i m nothing...
Read my guide and Akaruz guide again...
I've saved it in my pc since long & i keep reading wen i need help...
Whichever one works for you.
Actually its my mistake i didnt read the new updated guide by legendary :(

& in my 202 server files login agent is not working properly any suggestions?
A number of problems could arise with the loginagent. If you take time to post what problem you are facing, maybe then I could be of some help.

When i searched for 'server_ip'[only ASCII] & replaced with 192.168.10.12
3 were replaced & the client became unusable!
& what is bypassing updater?
