Hi,
1.How do i change max level on kobold? I tried to change in config.psy but it doesnt works.
2. And can i fix TBC to kobold? If not does it work with mangos?
3. Is it any repack with mangos who's just to download and then it works?
4. Does mangos work with 1.12.1 ?

1. You can't, simple as. It's coded into the core.
2. Also no, because who'd have to rewrite the core.
3. There's Etnik's TBC repack for MaNGOS, just search for it.

Yamachi is it any complete repack with TBC and mangos who is with mysql and work when i download it :) ?
Hmm... Not sure. I'm a luddy guy, so I don't know too much when it comes to MaNGOS. Just try doing a search for "TBC", and you should find a couple.
