Ok here it goes:
formula.xml has 3 things:
NeedExpLM which is for making how much exp you need for levels
GettingExpLM which determines how much experience you get from people
GettingBountyLM which determines how much bounty you get from people
If you want to change the EXP you get 15x global amounts, multiply everything in GettingExpLM *15 and put those values in, and save your formula.xml
