Inside this db ai 3 tables that desire to modify, Hl_Magic, Hl_items, and Hl_monsters, but when modifying them from SQL the error gives me: Peude not to be the row for its update: an changed some values from last time k was ***reflxed mng

That I can acer to manage to publish essas 3 concrete tables? then but I cannot alter nothing.

Por favor alguien podria decirme como editar las tablas k ai dentro de CruelDragon3GBaseData?
HL_ITEM, HL_MONSTERS, HL_MAGIC ,desde dentro de Sql no me deja como esas tablas se encuentran dentro del archivo del CD3GBasedata , me es imposible acer unas TBL nueva i que el proceso de arranque llame a las externas, siempre llama a las internas de esa Bd ( Cd3g ) ,,, Por esto se que abreis pasado muxos, i iwal que os a gustado que os ayuden creo io que tb ai que ayudar ;) .

It Contains Chinese CHARS but as you have not put in UNICODE Chinese, it does not know what to do with them - thus they are all ????? - it cannot handle all the fileds the same, thus the error.
