i was unpacked client.exe with Stripper v2.11 RC2
- first time no select option...
and next select [ preserve extra data ] option
and then size is changed 3.10 MB same time
i modified client-unpack.exe and............:(
how can i repack client-unpack.exe?
and what tool i use for repack client-unpack.exe?

You can use ASPack 2.12, there is Chinese version :D but easy to use!
I tried to pack the rPT-Client.exe 1849 but I couldn't run it after :( . It's always catch the error with rPT-Client.exe, the file size 3.24MB after unpack .. I think you did it right when the file size 3.10MB. How did you do it? Can you send me the rPT-Client 1849 after Unpack? Thanks a lot!

well rubal, the unpacking u doing with stripper will probably be ok.
The tool used to repack it is asprotect 1.23rc1 not aspack, those are diferent tools from same owner that does the same thing, so like said windows xp home and windows xp profesional, similar but not the same.
So i suggest you try first to pack an unmodified version that generates stripper, after that, once you have masterized the unpacking and re-packing then you will be sure that it is ok and the modifications you doing doenst mess with asprotect or gameguard.
Im suggest you learn slightly about the exe game structure before modify it, so you will know what u can and what u cant touch in the game.exe without mess with the anti-crack system. So mostly you will only be able to modify things that are not in the code section of the executable.

i found stripper v2.11 rc2 in chinese, but work for unpack.
Thankyou. I unpack with stripper then i repack with asprotect. Gameguard keep giving a error(hacking tool).
I am just trying to rename "Connecting to PT" to "Connecting to somethingPT" and same thing in windows title but doenst work.
