help this is the 2 last things and then the server is up and running :D

hi all,
this is very important all of my friends are waiting to play on my server but i just dcan't open it :(
i'll explain:
i change all the files that should have a wan ip at the WS, LS and RS folders and nevicat at the 2 things that i think called worldserverlist and realm something.
i opened ports at the router and at the firewall.
the problem is:
after i start the ws_alive
it starts and when it get to the last process (i think it called placing), it get's to 100% and then restarts incase of saying accpting connections.
sorry for not to be precise about grammer and capital letter's but i need the answer very fastttttt.

what to do??? plz help me i need the answer in maximum in half an hour it's very important!
