Yes, ScriptDev forum hosted as part of SDB forum. But it is dead now.
I recommend used ScriptDev2 ( Revision 8: / ) as replacement.

ScriptDev - isn't SDB, it's a special script for mangos server(mobs AI, mobs cast spell, etc)
