registration form

hi all my server works very well
but i got a problem am lazy to make every time a character.
i got a site and now i want to do the registration form...
thats in my ptserver files on extra...
but how to do that can any1 explain it for me?

use Qfushion Registration forum or use Frogg's Registration forum its available in forum if you use search function
