problem with items consumables

The problem that have is that the Item of food posimas and everything that be consumable does not erase him of the inventory, like I can do that erase him or I need a new database?

I am using the Mangos Revision 2985+Scriptdev2 Rev10+MCH 1[1].5C Does neither it function in the previous versions except the version 2865. Please that I should do?

I have the exact same problem. Would greatly appricate a reply to this.
