But One Thing I Need A Favour From You Guys And The Forum
Moderators And Administrator, that if you can help me out......
Actually myself planning to settup an Official Legall A3 Server
with Licence.But the problem is I dunno the way or Procedure, that how and from where to get the Licence and Game Files???
If it is from ACTOZ and ANI-PARK then how..???
Can any 1 help me solve these problem???
Hope will receive any help from you Guys.

BTW i guess u r frm India and i think that as Sify is already running an A3 official server u wont get any lisence frm Actozsoft.

but still i think it's might be possible to get Licence.
And lemme let u know 1 thing, as per ur knowledge I'm surely, Purely and Truely From India. But Currently In USA-Las Vegas for My Gratuation Studies With my Uncle.
But I really need it as I mentioned allready.

When I first launched my server, the official server publishers in my country made a big fuss out of it and threatened to sue me legally. So I approached Actoz itself directly.
They said that as long as the company's contract with its publishers doesnt expire, they cannot give a new one.
So I have to wait for that...

And as legendary said, the License costs USD 200000 for a course of 4 years i think..!

But is it possible to set up my server without lisence with my own website ??? Will I Face any Problem From Sify in India ???

YOu better star the server in USA or try to buy a nather server.Name-Eudemons Online.that is realy a gr8 game & this game has no official server in India. So try this.Go to Eudemons Online - Official Site & go for Live support.They will tell u how to buy .I talked with them.They told its a one time charge & its about $10,000.But I do not had that much of money then thats why did not buied.So u can try it.(Sorry Akaraz for posting about a nather here).

wth TQ sells the EO server files and license?

But will it be popular as like as a3 ????
And will the players in India play that game if yes it would not be soo longer as a3. Well anyway if it will be popular and gamers will play then I'm ready to buy it...

Dragonlord, you say you are from India..I guess you know this story.

Arthas (If you ever played A3 India you would know this guy). He launched India's first A3 Private Server. He got a concurrency of 210 players the very first day and 500+ on the waiting list. Seeing this Sify Corp threatened to launch a legal case against him because they were the official publishers of the game in India. Arthas contacted Actoz. They examined the popularity of his server but said that they couldnt give the license as long as Sify Corp's contract doesnt expire. But in return to his work, they did give him somethin which cannot be discussed here.
So what I am saying is, if you have any problem regarding license issue's, talk to him. He is from your country itself.

Considering that, We can say that setting up another legal server in India is out of the question as long as Sify Corp's contract doesnt expire.

But you could do this. You could launch an A3 Server in the United States. Am pretty sure that the United States doesnt have a Legal A3 Server.

But the question here is : Will Actoz approve? I kinda doubt it because you want to start it off on a small scale which Actoz wouldnt like. If they are going to make any entry into the United States they would surely want to do that with the collaboration of a Multi-national Game Publisher...!

Yes,I think it will be more populer then A3India.Go to the official site & download the game & play.I think you will surely try to make the server of this game.

This is for you Legendary .Yes, they sell the server .I talked to them.They told me that I need 10,000 $ to buy that game.And the main person who desides about server sells is Demo.So anyone can try this.

@Dragonlords_87 -- If you r going to make the server of Eudemons Online then if it is posseble make me GM. :winky:
