When I use MDH I get no errors, but when I add an item to my inventory it does not show up. I dont know if I am doing anything wrong, but any advice would be appreciated. I have the latest version of mangos and MDH.

Moved. The WoW section has all the information you need about Mangos. Server Help Extra is for unlisted files.
If you are running mdh, click on dbmanagment icon, and select integrity checker tab.Quote:

Wait a couple of seconds, then click back on only check, and if it now says no flaws found. Reboot ur server, and see if that helped.
And remember that MDH works only with the latest Database version. Currently 3044. ;)
