After initializing all Exe's when i reach this, the game initialising fails,
and gives me a error like this:-
petcounter not found!!ok?
initialinsing agitmanager!!
notfound

petCounter - get the correct petCounter file which matches your Zone index..
AgitManager - Delete AgitOwnershipTable from your A3Log folder..!
Yeah deleting is Fine. But how to get petCounter File and how to match it with my ZoneIndex??Quote:

And yea, if that petCounter doesnt work, try contacting RudyMartin. He is the petCounter.23. You will have to change you indices to 23 then.
Insane i used ur both file (a3client,petCounter), worked but now,
New problem:- Zoneserver giving log message "Too many messages"
Recomending:- "Change the message count/num"
And if I skip it and run the a3.exe i get login error
(Cannot connect to login server).
That happens when too many messages have been set to work.
Download this file and replace them with your current ZoneServer files. Should fix the problem.
The problem you mentioned back there happens only with the 1.20 files. Strange that you encountered it with 2.02 too.
Legendary or Rudy...any idea why? I am not able to think of a reason. I thought the message bug was removed with the 2.02 files.

Well Download this file. It is the solution to your "Present" problem.
Copy and paste it in your Zoneserver folder. If your Zone Index is 23, just change that Present_0 to Present_23
I'll post the solution to the second one by tomorrow. This problem shouldnt be existant on the 2.02 files. Only on the 1.20. I'll have a look at it and let you know.

yeah, let me guess, you are using mixed versions. try to get a *clean* 202 or 205 server and start over. No, Im not kidding. Grab Psynx server files (since they are based on my setup, only the quests are f*cked up). If necesary you will have to break a rar password.
both versions are basically the same
BTW, you should search a bit more, I have posted a note about the server index issue.
And no, only Legendary is mod here, and its a good thing because I lack the patience. (ie: I would be more evil if I were in his place) And Akaruz is gone for a while I hope.
if you can get my setup, you will have to create the appropiate dirs and files on C:, then update the IP and ODBC, and you should be fine.
Solution to your problem:
I think your using an incompatible Zoneserver.exe
As Rudy said download the 2.02 that Psyknx uploaded and use that. Should fix your problem.
The problem with your zoneserver.exe is that it may not be having a value defined for the total number of messages.
In the case of 1.20 files, the value was set in the config files but when it came to 2.02 they used it in the prog itself. Try that out.
If it doesnt work, then just upload your Zoneserver.exe here...~
And as you asked,

Now i patched my Client with only 2.05 server files. All went well. Except the

Next, You are getting ItemEventConnector problem.
Go to Enterprise Manager>A3ItemEvent>Logins and delete the already existant ''a3serial'' login. If it aint there then go back.

I am still getting the EventItemDB connection Error. And ITEM_PROVIDER Initialisation Failed.
first check;
1. Did you make another login (not sa) as from mine and Akaruz guide with the correct password?
2. Did you set it to DBowner for A3Itemevent database?
3. Did you have the correct A3Itemevent database?
4. Did you set the correct A3Seriallist and A3RcvResult ODBC entries?
Check cos Zoneserver gives that error when connecting to the ODBC or DB fails.
Yeah I did all. But not clear about the 4th point. So clearly explain it for me once again. I know I hav Disturbed u all a lot. But Still.......

What you need to do is check your ODBC's list. Are A3SerialList and A3RcvResult both registered?
How do we check? Go to Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Data Sources>ODBC and verify if the above two have been registered successfully..!!
And are you using just ZoneServer.exe or 0_Zoneserver.exe coz as far as I know, I think the 0_Zoneserver.exe is bugged..!
Thanks a lot for your help Dudes. Now no errors anywhere. But at login time i recieve a message "Cannot connect to the login server".
I tried to find my Ip through the Google search. But amazingly!!
I get different results each time I connect to the Internet.

All kinds of special cases have also been discussed. Especially by me.

Getting the Zoneserver working was one BIG struggle, i had to literally search all the way back from page 56,btw i had to use 4 diffrent zoneserver files from 4 diffrent file versions,i guess the ones which worked was from 1.02 file provided by Akaruz sm where on back pages,though wanted to ask will this finally work ? And you can use any hex editor. Not necessarily XVI32...Try UltraEdit..that is pretty neat too..!
