Wario Ware, Rayman Raving Rabbits, and Wii Play. They are all kick ass games. Though Wii Play isn't out in the States yet =P

metroid prime 3 [ awesome fps]
prince of persia rival swords [person fav]
rayman [supposed to be uber fun multi]
redsteel [multi is also uber]
COD 3 [is pretty good]
those seem to be the best comin up tho they are a few other obscure titles like elebits which is suposed to be good
