[Request] WoW Website 4 HSEmu

Hello Everyone - As a manager from a new (private) emulation project named HSEmu I am requesting a website template, Since the emulation project is going to be avaible to public soon we have to setup a website, Thats why I am requesting, So here goes:

I am looking for an almost-exact copy of World of Warcraft Europe with a burning crusade logo instead of a normal one, thats able to be hosted on a WEBHOST, So no Server-Host.

What it needs to have (Nothing more, nothing less please)
1) A Button to 'News'
2) A Button to 'Forums'
3) When clicking on News it must display 'News' and 'Lastest Patch Notes'.
4) When clicking on Forums it must display 'General Forum' and 'Support Forum'.
5) It must be as empty as possible, Best would be to just add the buttons, and have a text-area for the news, no ads or anything els like that - This is not required at all.
6) A Nice banner, It must be empty (no text) and must have burning crusade as subject.

That's about it...

Now heres what you get for it:

1) A Free copy of HSEmu when its being released.
2) Free VIP (Donator) Status on the forum.
3) Free weekly updates.

Please do not ask ANY Information about this project - You will get information about it when its ready to be released, Everything I can say is that it will cost $45-50 Euros/Dollar, Nothing els will be published right now - So again, Do not ask ANYTHING Regarding this emulator - Asking anyway will simply be ignored.

Well it is just an emu that will be doomed to die becose he ask money for it ... Lets be honest we all rather use mangos or kobold insted of paying one dime for other ones ;)

If this emulator is going to be better than mangos or ludmilla ITS LOL that they cant make their own site. HTML isnt hard just download an design editor and almost all is done. And its not hard copying blizzards site either, just right click and take view source. If this emulator will cost it must be of quality and a lot of time must be spent on it, so why not just doing the site on their own?
