I was just messing aroung in the mrs when i decided to unpack all the mrs in interface to skin up my client for future release. But when i unpacked monsterillust.mrs OMFG WHAT A SURPRISE

look at these, looks like MAIET forgot to put a little feature in the game before releasing it to hosts like netmarble or ijjshit.

Maybe we could try to take a look in the game mrs's for any other indices on how to activate that -hidden- part of the game.

My idea is that it's probably like a 'expanded' description of one of the books, or 2 or 3 books merged together like you would right click Devil's Dictionnary then there would be that poping out...

This is just the Quest Bible something that MAIET never added into the game because it was bugged like hell, you can see how bugged it is yourself just add the Quest Bible to your shop.

There is no need its fairly useless, besides its going to be all client side I asume. May aswell wait for MAIET to fix it first.

its not bugged, it dosn't go into the shop it is ment as a quest item. its not hard to get it to work.

as for what it does in the lobby, it creats a button that says monster bible. you click the button and can browse through the mosterbible.

as RoA said nothing special and has been know about for a very long time.

Hmm. It was buggy for me. I guess we did it wrong.

EDIT: Nvm. Got it working. Tried again after Lut said it worked, got it working as well.

It's a runnable edit, not an XML thing. At least, that's how we did it.

Well...I haven't used the Monster Bible button before. I've seen something like someone using admin console and got the Monster Bible. Thus, he posted it somewhere on the net.

i think it would be a grwat thing to have the monster bible...
