Aging Success Items?

I know what the Aging Stone does, but what about the Copper Ore?

increase 10% of success rate

is there a way to increase the success rate for both?

When item aging use 'aging stone' means succees rate increase 50%
and 'copper ore' means no item aging failed. it just -1,-2,+1,+2 not disappear item.
