No monsters, no NPCs, why?

Hello all,

I've configured a jPT Server and almost all done: i can enter in the game and walk freely but I cant see NPCs, monsters, why? What mistake could cause this? I copied the "char" and "field" folders to "jPT Server files" but is this correct? Maybe the correct folder could be "\jPT Server files\GameServer"?

open folder of you client, copy folder char and field past in you server folder and start you server =D
