well its scarring your skin and putting coloured ink in the wound
it should hurt

but then again i know some people who say it didnt hurt at all
i also know some people whove passed out due to the pain lol (and their wussiness)

who ever says tattoos dont hurt tbh are full of shit coz they all hurt. ive got 4 tattoos and i can safely say that they did hurt.
it hurts more on diff parts of the body so depends were u get 1 Don the pain will be different.

i'm getting a few tattoos, i'm getting sum kitten paw prints on my breasts and roses shaped like a heart base of spine. looking 4ward 2 it actually as i dont care 4 pain Oo

i got a massive 1 on my back and that hurt like fek, the othet place it hurts id on ya chest.

THEY ALL HURT..

I have one on the top of each my arm.. and yes they hurt.. what hurts the most is the outline!! That is a sharper needle!! Once the outline is done and it's getting filled in i would describe the filling in pain as though someone is scratching you're arm with sharp nails!!

But the outline.. i've got one word for you and it's a tad consistent... it goes like this..

my parents said i can have tattoos as long as i pay 4 it by myself and i dont moan about it if it hurts as they'll just have 2 laugh. They said same 4 my tongue piercing but i still want along with it lol
