no-ip works, my server ip is gunzone.no-ip.org and it WORKS, so go to no-ip.info register then create a host for your server's ip and you're done! easy

Register, to My Host's
Click "Add a Host" do Dynamic Host.
YEAH loll that site rocks my ip is now GunZone.kicks-ass.net
