and i installed Rose Online, But everytime i try to start it up
it gives me a DirectX Error
got any advice for me?

You should degrade to DirectX 9
I think its just a compatibility issue..

ya, but my Desktop runs it fine with DirectX10
but why not my laptop

Just to recap: Vista took five friggin' years to develop, and yet graphics card makers still didn't have their drivers in shape for the launch of the OS? I fixed Vista to work, so now i can play my RO, ROSE and Maple Games again :D
you just right click the exe, Open as XP excution
[Press Allow if you have Account Control on]
then done :D
Get directx 10, then try it.
i had it to just asked a friend for the config files and worked fine
