this is a no no combination... i bought a new PC and it runs on vista. i downloaded rose.. and guess what guys!? "DirectX Version mismatch!"
man i hope someone has a fix because i dont want to install XP on my new pc.. this really sucks...

Right click, and click run as xp exe or something like that.
Get directx 9 or 10
Considering DirectX will run on nothing lower, of course it will be running 9 or 10. And Vista SUCKS for games.

Well I have literally no problems when using Vista with any of my games and I'm actually getting higher frame rates with it. Vista DOES NOT suck for games.
