Login is Messed up for some reason really weird

OK so I have been working on this server for awhile now and like before I would goto login and it would say unable to connect and stuff and I changed some shit around ips mostly and then I load the game server and as soon as the login Username and password comes up a blue screen comes up and my computer restarts I got version 3096 and here is my computer specs

Intel Processs Pentium 4
1024MB Ram
160 GB Harddrive
