[Q]how to change the notice name

this is maybe a noobie question ^^ anyway i searched on change notice name

like the kalmax repack use kalmaxteam then the notice text

summit in the AHS or KOSP settings?

message-e.dat, search for Notice.

i what to know how to do it remote lee... like over the internet... lol... (if there is a way dont know...) whith out no RA programs

change it on
