WOW! Was discussing this same topic with a friend a couple of days ago. This is like gonna be amazing. But wont it be like a real head-ache for gamers who play a lot to keep that thing on their heads?

If it's neuro-controlled then hand movements aren't needed - Because your brain will know what you want, thus "Emotive" knowing what to do.
Anyway, I don't think I'd stick on that shit yet. You can just imagine having a dream one night about killing the president, sticking the emotiv head-wear on and all of a sudden A swat seam bursts in through the doors saying "You are under arrest for conspiracies of treason and conspiracies to assassinate the president of the United States".
