Restricting Clan Size and Enabling Tax Output

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to restrict clan size and the areas to edit to enable that. Additionally, how is possible to enable the clan owning bc to collect taxes money. The times when I get the clan scripts working, I am able to set the tax such as to 5%, however, the BlessCastle Master shows that the money collected for the day as 0. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Whats clan system you use? Is 100% functionary? it could for disponible for the community?
