2 weird Problems

Problem number 1:
From login.asp I got an error:

Problem number 2:
I opened port 80 TCCP in my computer for the IIS and still I cant browse the site from IIS with my internet ip' and i chekced with apache and it's working the problem is in the IIS..if someone knows this 2 problems plz reply me as soon as you can..ty =]

OK Problem 1 fixed!... but plz help me to solve problem number 2 that I cant connecy my webserver on my WAN IP and I don't know why and I opened TCP port 80 so it's weird...(this is on IIS 5.1)
