ROSE LAUNCHER{By Crashinside}

I have make a open source launcher for all user of dont know Language of Programmation (C,C++,VB,ecc)
Its simple,u have only edit lconfig.ini in this mode:

First String: IP OF SERVER
Second String: Address of Site of u wanna show in Browser of Launcher
Third String: Adress of Site for Registrate Account!

I spoke to him this is A binary FILE no source and he doesn't want to release the source [ maybe ] Patcience ;)
