ty alot m4rky ;)
I downloaded it, unpacked over the server files but the items still don't work. Neither do the map files for signus :/
Btw the uniques and sunsets worked fine on your server, would it be possible to zip up the item and map files from your server's backup?
Edited
m4rky .. these are for 3.8 right ?
Also have you gotten uni's /sun's to drop in 4.4 .... without having to do anything special.
I've tried mopspc method .. i've tried mopxxxx method ..
I've adjusted tblspecialitem1
I've gone through all the posts ... and I'm missing something here ..
If you have done it and you got time .. can you bullet me a list of how to's real quick ...
I'm missing an adjustment somewhere to get anything to drop ...
tx
thanks alot marky. the monsters spawn now but.... the items dont work correctly. an item that requires lvl 5 for example can only be equipped when you reach lvl 7. i dont know if its 2 lvls higher for all the items just yet but thats all i know for now.

yup yup .. done that too .. still couldn't get any uni's too drop ..
think I'm going to start over from scratch and itemize what I'm doing to see if I've missed any steps along the way .. tx
I just fixed my unique drops last night. There are 2 problems. The first is some of the stored procedures point to tblSpecialItem8 when they should be tblSpecialItem1. I believe RMS_ADDSPECIALITEM needs to be changed to get them dropping. There are other ones to fix too like RMS_DECREASESPECIALITEMDURABILITY, which shades the uniques when you die. ItQuote:

Check the server files C:\RedmoonSvr\BIN\Data\Skill\ check that directory and make sure the files in there are the same size as the ones in your client.
Client should be C:\RedMoon\DATAs\Info\
Thats asuming they are installed on your c:\ drive in the default locations.
Can anyone send me this file please?
ditto^^
Seen so many of your posts I feel like I know you.
If you could, when you get a chance can you send me the zipped database?
myfilter@comcast.net
3.x would be awesome.
I actually scored the working fixed one along time ago from these forums from you actually, but the server crashed and after much searching I have yet to find them. We usually do a slam dunk LAN game over all the holidays in a LAN room. Don't wanna miss out this year.
So I'm hoping when you get a chance you can fire them off.
Tx in advance

You're about two years too late. Check the date on Mark's original post.
This file is obsolete btw. There are _many_ versions of the server flying around with the proper files in it now.
