Translating

Is there any way to translate jpt into english? Or i could just use ept? In that case can anyone give me the ept admin client?

or the game textures ( themse maps etc..)

Well i was thinking if theres a program that translates pt. But i guess its easier using ept. So ur saying is that i only need the admin hotuk?
