Message of the day can be edited in SQL. Find the table "GameServerMessage". If it aint existant in your tables, first back up your copy and then open it as a query and add in a new table with three colums headed by
AccountID StatusID mbody Message
AccountID=The slot in which your GM ID is present.
StatusID=1
mbody= leave it blank. i think its for the color editing and all but i aint sure. so dont mess around
Message= enter your message with a prefix parameter %.

the way u told needs a Gm id to b logged in for the messages..
Those are continuous GM Messages. That was what I described in the other post of mine.
The table needs to be made in ASD. I posted that same post long ago. But the problem with it is that it is incompatible with most Zone's. I do not know why. I'll try and figure out.
