Always when I open my 1855 server, after a coupl of minutes it writes that error with send error report or don't send error report...

most definetly a windows or server configuration problem.
Did you try restarting your computer tweaking the registry anything?

Their all about the same, you could modify the spawn rates yourself if you wanted.

Ok, but maybe your problem can be a problem of more adms and your solution too. Can you post how did you fixed this? I dont have this problem but anyone else can have...
my problem was that I changed wrong some text in the files of the NPC's that's all...
when I took mcmadness NPC's, all worked =]
